BIOGRAPHY OF DENNIS B. WOODS
Dennis Woods' photography captures the outstanding beauty and majesty of nature through dramatic color landscape photographs. Dennis moved to Colorado because of his love of the ever-present beauty of the mountains in this area thus affording him endless opportunities in his pursuit to capture the beauty of Colorado and the Southwest on film.

Dennis resides in Colorado Springs with his wife, Felicita, where his photographs have appeared in numerous publications and magazines. Dennis' photography has received awards in art competitions and his commercial photography has been submitted in national competitions. He has exhibited his photography at the U.S. Air Force Academy Gallery, Colorado Springs Airport, and the Colorado Springs Fine Art Center. Dennis is a staff photographer with Colorado Springs Style Magazine, Colorado Springs.

Dennis' signed open edition photographic prints and signed limited-edition photographs are available in over 2,700 galleries throughout the World.

Dennis has been active in photography for over 30 years, and has established himself in the professional photographic field. He utilizes a Mamiya 645 Medium Format, a Fuji 617 Panoramic camera, and a Minolta 35mm camera, with Bogen tripod. He uses both Fuji Velvia and Provia transparency film, which captures the outstanding, colors ever present in his photographs.

A professional photographic lab individually prints all of his color photographs. Each photograph is personally inspected before being signed by the Artist.

All the images are printed using the Ilfochrome (formerly Cibachrome) process on Ilfochrome paper. This process provides the highest quality fine art photograph available. These museum quality photographs have a 200-year life expectancy and provide the most vivid and outstanding color of any photograph available.

His images have repeatedly appeared on cover for the Colorado Springs, Homes for Sale Magazine and he is a staff photographer for the Colorado Springs Style Magazine. His commercial customers have included: commercial builders, real estate developers, private home builders, city and county governments, real estate agents, retail stores, business development groups, architectural firms, interior designers, food manufactures, computer companies, graphic design firms, and advertising agencies.
